Citrus Packing House Analyst

Farming Analyst

Mahi Pono is seeking a Farming Analyst who will be responsible to regularly track field crews and placement to ensure farming activities have a meaningful impact on proper cultivation, crop agronomic health, and maximum yield and revenue, to include preparing farming activity efficiency reports which will be used by company management to make decisions about labor placement and crop costs. Overall, this position will help achieve maximum effectiveness of farming activity through data collection, analysis, allocation of overhead labor resources, and data warehouse building and reporting. Industrial Mechanic

Mahi Pono is seeking an Industrial Mechanic. One-year minimum journeyman mechanic experience preferred. Industrial Mechanic must be able to work on new installations, to include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspection, testing, and adjustments on equipment to existing equipment and facilities. Welder 

MP Management Services, A Division of E. E. Hall, Inc. is seeking a Welder to work on the Mahi Pono Farm. The Welder is responsible for applying different welding techniques and properly following safety regulations for all cutting and welding machines, and the ability to complete welding tasks with little or no supervision. We prefer a minimum of 1 year as a welder's assistant. Welder's duties include, but not limited to: apply different welding techniques, including MIG and Stick Welding, properly follow safety regulations for all cutting and welding machines, read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, inspect welds for accuracy and completeness, perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, maintain a clean and organized work area, and perform other duties as assigned. Welder's Assistant

MP Management Services, LLC, A Division Of E.E. Hall Inc. is seeking a Welder's Assistant to work on the Mahi Pono Farm. The Welder's Assistant is responsible for assisting welders in their daily tasks, such as prepping jobs, and loading and unloading of materials. We would like this person to possess a great attitude, be willing to learn, and capable of taking directions. We request this person to have basic knowledge and skills in stick welding, inner-shield welding, touching, and reading a tape measure. We also prefer this person have the following work ethics, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety guidelines and protocols, and perform other related duties assigned. Meat Packer/Processor

Sanitation Worker

Maui Cattle Co. is seeking a Sanitation Worker that is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the processing and slaughter facilities. The Sanitation Worker works in an USDA inspected meat processing and slaughter establishments performing precision functions involving the cleaning of meat processing and slaughter equipment and tools. Scheduled hours are 20-25 hours per week, starting at 1:30pm. Must be able to work in chill rooms under cold conditions for long periods.
